We worked with this financial services client helping design and implement a variety of learning solutions including over 300 e-learning courses, job aids, podcasts, videos, educational multimedia, rapid development micro-learning, and learning portals.
Topics include compliance, management training, HR training, HIPAA, investing, managing risks, Six Sigma, SEC rules and regulations, information security, and training on the use of several financial services and HR related software systems internal to the client.
Helped client become an early adopter of interview style podcasts to capture knowledge of highly experienced employees. Guided the client through the early adoption of using storytelling in learning to increase empathy, engagement and retention.
Working with the client’s core learning delivery team we helped create a proof of concept for a new organizational strategy to transition from full-length e-learning course development to a series of rapidly developed brief micro-learning modules developed by instructional designers, removing e-learning developers from the process completely. The brief, engaging 3-5 minute stand-alone modules each addressed one or two learning objectives and taught employees core functions of various software, tools, and services used by client employees to interact with, capture and provide information to their customers.
