Advise on learning trends, learning program design, learning production process, team structure, and resources. Work closely with client to design, present, and close learning solution opportunities with their clients and prospects in the flood insurance industry.
Designed and facilitated a needs analysis for an H2O client’s call center to help them with the rapid growth challenges they were facing. The engagement consisted of analyzing the call center structure, and current learning and development strategy, and interview call center employees to identify staff performance strengths and gaps. The findings were presented along with a comprehensive data-driven strategy to maximize call center and learning organization effectiveness, including a blended learning solution to address performance gaps. The learning solution included data analysis and measurement, full curriculum design, e-learning, performance support resources, knowledge management strategies.
With a federal contract deadline looming, developed a strategy to build and manage an e-learning development team to design & develop 14 courses and 4 videos within an 8 month timeframe for my client’s fixed price contract with a federal government agency client. A state-of-the-art custom authoring tool was built allowing instructional designers and subject matter experts with no e-learning development experience to successfully build the courses. H2O met the contract deadlines, stayed within budget, and ended up with a state-of-the-art authoring tool. Their federal government client told us that what we did was “nothing short of miraculous.“
